“We hired another Realtor prior to Marty, and he didn’t provide us with much of a plan. One thing we really liked about Marty is that he sent us a two page email basically documenting his marketing strategy and what he does to, obviously, sell houses.  That’s what we liked, he followed up with basically everything he said he was going to do. We had a really good experience. You know, nothing’s ever perfect, we had a slight issue, and he handled the issue, you know that was definitely something that stood out that he didn’t have to do but he did.”
