Today, we're going to compare the numbers from March of this year to March of 2014 here in Bucks County!
The number of homes on the market rose 9% when compared to this same time last year and the average asking price is 2.5% higher than it was last year. Additionally, the number of houses on the market that have accepted an offer increased by 23.5%!
This March, 6.7% more homes closed (compared to last March), and the average sold price is up 5.6% countywide! The fact that prices are up and the number of homes settled is 10% higher than the first quarter of last year is fantastic news for our market!
