Hello everyone and welcome to my brand new video blog that will be focusing exclusively on Bucks County real estate. I'll be here to update and educate you about the Buck's County real estate market every two weeks. As spring is on its way, I'm going to take the time to update you on our local Newtown, Yardley and Bucks County markets so you can be ready to perform when the time comes.
  • Inventory is very low: While this may be inconvenient for buyers, this is a significant advantage to sellers. If you are thinking about selling your Buck's County home this spring, now is the time to get your home listed and marketed. Buyers have been complaining that there is simply nothing on the market, so increase your chances for a home sale with this low inventory we're currently experiencing.
  • Low Inventory = Captive Buyers  If you sell your home now, you will have an enormous amount of leverage over buyers, as other options are simply not there right now. Multiple offers on homes are becoming common, and this could net you more on your home in Bucks County!
  • In a down market there is usually 10-12 months worth of inventory, but in our market there is only 3 to 4 months worth of inventory.
If you live in Newtown, Yardley, Doylestown, or Bucks County, it is an excellent time to sell!
